Having jumped straight from my prom suit into an apprenticeship at a local Eastwood estate agency, I went on to build a career at Haart & Spicer McColl for 12 years, working my way up from a negotiator to Senior Management. I then completed another two years with Essex Countryside.
I like to build everlasting friendships with clients, looking at all the ways we can bring excitement back to the home moving process while bringing local people and businesses together in this great town we live in.
Having originally studied to be an accountant, I later found my true passion in London where I took a fast-paced, high-flying sales role which I held for 5 years. After reading an incredibly inspiring book, I knew the property industry is where I wanted to be.
Just two weeks later I had my first day at Haart Estate agency, working with the brand to take it from recovery planning into the top 10 agencies across the UK. Business growth is firmly on my radar, and I want us to be in the top 100 companies to work for in the UK within 5 years. We will only achieve this by making sure our clients are 100% satisfied, 100% of the time.
Having worked my way up the ladder from administrator to Lettings Manager, I spent over 10 years of my career at Keith Ashton in Brentwood. For me, there’s no greater satisfaction than finding someone their perfect rental property and ensuring both tenants and landlords are kept happy.
My personal approach and commitment matches that of the Gilbert & Rose team and, together, we continue to offer a 10 out of 10 service for every person who gets in touch. We’re bringing lettings into the future and making sure the industry is treated with the same respect and dedication as sales. Digital-first, people-centric and a totally modernised process from end-to-end.
