Perry Rose
Managing Director
Having jumped straight from his prom suit into an apprenticeship at a local Eastwood estate agency, Perry went on to build a career at Haart & Spicer McColl for 12 years, working his way up from a negotiator to Senior Management. He then completed another two years with Essex Countryside.
Perry likes to build everlasting friendships with clients, looking at all the ways we can bring excitement back to the home moving process whilst bringing local people and businesses together in this great town we live in.
Lucy Duncan
Land & New Homes Manager
Lucy is the Gilbert and Rose new homes manager working closely with all developers and buyers, overseeing land valuations, site visits and sales. Lucy has always enjoyed watching construction lead to someone’s beautiful new home from start to finish.
Having been in the industry for over 11 years, Lucy has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the industry. She has always had a passion for interior and architectural design, which is why she took the leap to build a great business within Gilbert and Rose for new homes.
In her spare time, Lucy loves long walks with her dog Dudley and socialising with friends and family.
